Programs

The Foundation's work does not end with its fundraising endeavors. With the support and encouragement of the Board of Trustees, the Foundation spends significant hours in its work to bring the community together. Beginning with the Foundation’s 2012 public debut when it hosted a highly successful gala to mark Goodnow’s 150th birthday, the Foundation continues to hold community-building events. The Foundation has hosted art shows exhibiting the work of local artists and students, created its popular Be Bold Speaker Series, and held educators’ receptions and technology classes to acquaint all ages with the Sara Sherman NOW Lab.
